As I currently sit here eating a delicious sandwich, I am at awe at how these two employees are handling the never ending line... they have. They have greeted their customers, take time to listen to their orders all while being efficient in controlling thislunch rush. She built a good sandwich but neither women on duty know any idea of what customer service is! ???? they didn't greet nor... acknowledge me in anyway for about 5 minutes! Unacceptable! There was only one person in front of me in line. Both worked on weborders b4 customer in the restaurant they didn't even say hi. Zero acknowledgement not even eye contentment or smile. Boo ???? Placed an order at the 75th location and they were out of a particular type if bread and turkey. They kindly canceled my order.... I placed a new order at the 87th street location. WOW! I asked for extra items and they delivered! I will absolutely go backagain! Great job team! Read more
I can?t speak to dining in but DO NOT do mobile order. I have mobile ordered 3 times from this location because it is close to... where I work but won?t be doing it again. Every time I have ordered it has been wrong. There is always something missing. Thislast time we ordered a salad, sandwich, 3 cookies, 2 chips, and a drink. Drink was missing, nothing was on the salad it wasplain lettuce, no dressing was sent with, no chips, no cookies....I have talked to the manager before and he was nice offered mefree sandwich. I said I didn?t want free food I just want my correct order and to have his employees pay closerattention...nothing was changed. I understand if they were busy but there were only 2 customers. I?m sure if you dine in it isfine just don?t mobile order or if you do make sure you completely check before leaving.
