I don?t do drive thru very often, so was taken back when I was told this location was only accepting door dash orders. No one... else was allowed to place an order. By far the worst taco bell. How you gonna have specially deluxe burrito box but have nothing but beans and cheese in the... burrito? Waited about 15mins in line and received little to none toppings on all my tacos and burrito...Also dude at drivethrough, couldn't even do a simple change. Food was good and on time, but all the tables was dirty and both bathrooms was nasty. Everyone behind counter was standing... around doing nothing. 2 stars for good food and they didn't read order right, I placed order for dine in and got my food in abag. Read more

Absolutely horrible service. I sat in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes got up to the window the kid handed me my food I then said... is that my food and repeated back to him what I had and he then said yes to me. I then have to go inside because all they gaveme was nachos and cheese. When I walked inside the kid with the glasses and afro just walked over and just stared at me therewas no hello how can I help you there was nothing he just looked at me with a dead stare I believe him and the guy that isworking the window with the black hat on are high. This location please drug test your employees I think they need serious helpand then you need to teach them customer service. Read more

This is the worst Taco Bell in the area. They consistently make the items with half the amount the items are supposed to have. I... normally don't write negative feedback but this isn't a one time thing. I never get the food I pay for. They are eitherextremely lazy and don't make the food correctly or they are being instructed to use less ingredients to increase their profits.Either way, go to the 135th and Antioch location if you can, they do a much better job there Read more
