DO NOT EAT HERE! My fiance, my parents, and I came to get lunch together and it turned out to be the worse. They don't even... acknowledge you when your waiting to order. You have to use their order screen to even get your order placed in. Our food seemedfreshly cooked but when we started to eat it turn quickly into a nightmare. We found hair in our food, and my mother found aworm in her taco. The worm almost looked like a caterpillar with black like prongs. So disappointed and highly disgusted. Read more
After finding a hair inside of my crunch wrap. I let it slide for once but after seeing what looks like a bug inside of my moms... soft taco. We immediately stopped eating and took the food back to the counter. We requested our money back and had to walk mymother outside to throw up. I do not and I REPEAT. Do NOT recommend eating at either of these locations. The Health Departmentneeds to get involved and have them do an inspection. Before allowing those locations to serve food to customers again. Extremely slow service, I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. The drive thru menu prices are... outdated so you get a surprise total when you finish ordering, didn't get a receipt so I couldn't leave my review with thesurvey site. My boyfriend and I always come late at night with his grandma. I normally get off around 8 so I get off hungry. It?s always the... same manager working and he?s always very kind even though he?s the only one working. I wish I knew his name to give him ashoutout. I?m a manager myself at a fast food chain and I know how stressful it is, and he handles it very well. Uppermanagement I know you?re reading this you better be paying this man well!! Read more

Walked in to get some food with my wife. Walked up to the counter and waited 10 minutes. Nobody waited on us. Finally a young... lady was clocking in and having trouble doing it. So a manager was helping her get clocked in. Both were having no luck. Stilldidn't get waited on. So we left and went to McDonalds. Can't say we got horrible service because we never got waited on. Went to the drive thru at 10:05. No one came on when we drove up. I asked someone walking by if TB was closed. He said they were... open at the same time someone finally answered and said they were closed. I pulled up to the window and it states they are openuntil 11:00. Three other vehicles were in line and drove off while the employees inside did their best to ignore us. Read more
The absolute worse, tried using USD oppose a card but I use their kiosk many people went ahead of me many orders got served when... I asked about my order I was ignored there was only three workers and it was very busy for a Saturday, I even attempted to gothrough the drive-thru... seriously this is no longer a fast food place I love Taco Bell I'll give him one more chance in thenext 6 months before I write this location completely off Read more
