Super rude and dirty!! Initially went to the window where the lady was super sweet and nice! When we decided to come inside, the... kid at the register was very rude. We ordered and he walked away without handing us our drink. I said hey buddy I ordered adrink. He looked at me and continued to walk away. My husband then also said could we please get our drink. This kid just keptwalking and ignored us. Mind you, this place was dead so he definitely wasn?t busy. I had to reach over and grab the cup myselffrom behind the counter. Never coming here again. Was clean, waited a few minutes to be served though, missed happier hour. Front cashier was on break and line was sticking with... the line. Spicy potato soft tacos were a little smaller than usual. At least they have wifi. Read more
Honestly not impressed. All of our food was poorly wrapped. None of the burritos had been enough meat. Our spicy potato tacos... had virtually no potatoes on them. The guy working the drive through definitely didn?t want to be there. Read more
DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL! Worst Taco Bell experience I?ve ever had, and I?ve been to A LOT of Taco Bells. The employees... clearly did not want to be there or deal with customers. They refused to even talk to us while taking our order. We were theonly customers there (including the drive thru) and after they gave us the wrong order they did not seem to understand that theyhad given us the wrong order. We had to talk to them 3 times just to get the cheesy Gordita crunch that we ordered. They gave usthe wrong food multiple times and then said that we ordered the wrong thing and made us verify by receipt, which of course wehad ordered the food that we said. The food all tasted stale and was hard. The chips and chalupa shell were as hard as rocks.Just overall bad. Read more
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Ordered at the register and the employees seemed very annoyed to have to take my order. When we received our... order the cheeses Gordita crunch wasn?t one when I asked for a new one they gave me a chalupa which was rock hard and stale. Iasked for them to make the cheesey Gordon crunch which they then didn?t believed I order one so I had to show my receipt. No onewas there so it wasn?t like they were confused with orders and these were the same 2 employees I interacted with. Finally gotthe right order. When to eat my burrito which has hard stale beans and tasted horrible pictured below. My order was $40 and notworth it at all. Multiple drive thru cars have come in and said what they got was wrong. Reviews on here are correct. Drive thru service is slow. Not an isolated experience. I work in the industry and know there are... issues considering there are now hiring signs plastered everywhere. There isn't an issue with accuracy or quality, but a littleurgency would be great. If store management reads this I'd be concerned if it takes such a monumental amount of time to makeorders especially on a consistent basis. Read more
The workers were polite when I came to the drive-through and needed to have just a little bit of time to figure out what I... needed. When I got to the window they got my payment and drink to me.
