We sat down, waited for 10 minutes and never was greeted. A person sat at another table and was greeted immediately. When we... got up to leave, we stopped a bleach blonde waitress with tattoos to let her know we had been waiting but since no one hadstopped to greet us, including her, we were leaving and never coming back. I absolutely loved the Louisiana Cajun Pasta, it was one of the best pasta dishes I have had in years! My only critique- the... garlic bread that came with it was no bueno. The bread was sandwich bread, and it wasn't toasted. The only reason why I'mmentioning it was because it was beyond bad. Read more
I wouldn?t go out of your way to go here. Service was a little slow, but the food and drinks were decent. Prices were average.... We sat in an area with 9 TV?s, but they wouldn?t turn on the game we wanted to watch despite other TV?s duplicating games. Wouldbe fun if you?re a local, but don?t bother coming if you?re from a different state. Read more
Came to happy hour. Was initially offended due to not being greeted by the only person we had seen come out to the patio (twice)... to serve the two guests that were currently there. I did find out that she was only a food runner so I give a few concessionsfor that. I do believe that it would serve well to have everyone greet... "Hello, have you been helped yet? Your server willbe with you shortly."can gi a long ways to preventing confusion in an open seating forum and at a time when people still getlooked over due to the color of their skin in some cases. Food was actually decent, got black bean wrap with waffle fries. Also got a chicken Philly wrap, was spicy but full of flavor.... Tried the chocolate martinis which were okay but way over priced for a cocktail drink. Beers are priced reasonably but if youregoing to over charge on cocktail drinks its not worth us going for cheap beer. You have to serve outstanding food if youre goingto charge higher drink prices. Staff was friendly but not "wow factor" like Redrock. Waitress couldn't answer simple menuquestions and had to run to the kitchen a few times which wasn't a big deal but shows they lack in training. Service was decentbecause no one was there. Not sure they would hold up on a busy night. I'd go back if they had better cocktail drink specials,cheaper apps during happy hour, and MENUS!! Yeah, I said menus- more to come on that shenanigans. $8 apps on "selected" menuitems but they had no menu to tell you which ones they were and the waitress didn't know either. The other extremely annoyingthing was they didn't give you menus. When we go out to dinner we don't bring our phones. The whole point is to enjoy eachother's company after a long day at work. The fact I had to get up and walk back to my car to get my cell phone so I could orderfood in your restaurant is an absolute joke!! Do you expect me to make the food too??!! Whats worse is they actually hand outmenus at the bar! So you mean to tell me you made me go on a hike because your staff wasn't observant enough to go get menus forpatrons that don't care to be glued to their phones 24/7???!! This is why they are not getting a good review. Foodestablishments need to understand its all about customer service. You want to stay in business you need to treat your customerswith respect! Why is everyone so uncomplecent and lazy these days. So if you want to over pay for okay food and less than parservice here's the place to go. Read more
For my money, the Black and Bleu burger and the Flamin' Hot burger were both just what the doctor ordered! Waffle fries and tots... went down great with it and an ice cold beverage to wash it all down! Great service.. Definitely would go back again! Read more
Really nice sports bar. Food was excellent, I had the chicken bowl, and my wife had Not Your Momma Burger which I tried and both... tasted great. Very nice decor and they have a great rooftop area. Kind of your typical bar and grill place! There were some gambling machines in the little area we sat so that was interesting to... see at a bar and grill. Food was pretty good! Got a combo apps plate and the Southwest Egg rolls were amazing, but they only had4 of them on the plate. The Mac bites were okay and the potato skins were decent. Blueberry lemonade and limeade wereinteresting drinks, not bad in all honesty. I got the Cajun Chicken Philly with sweet potato fries and almost kinda wish I gotit in a wrap. The pork tenderloin sliders were really good too! We did go a good while between our waitress checking up on us,but they were busy so, not bad. Read more
