I heard mixed reviews about this restaurant but I enjoyed it for the most part. I will say that the wings are large but I?ve had... bigger. I easily could have handled six wings. Fries as a side was amazing,that was actually better than the wings. Don?t get mewrong,the wings aren?t bad but not as tasty as others described. Great prices though with good customer service! How have never been to this great pub in downtown OP! Impressive menu with several house specials. The buffalo wings are... MASSIVE pieces of chicken and more than a meal! The taco salad and turkey Reuben were also hits. The desserts lack panachebut the service and overall menu make up for it. Read more
We had 16 people (9kids) in our party at 7pm on a Saturday and they were able to find a way to seat us and 1 server handled... everything. We had a good experience and the food came out and was all very good. Read more
It?s a vibe! Country music, royals on the tv, brick walls, hanging fans to keep you cool, huge bar area, yummy drinks and food... and our server (Tiffany) had a huge smile on her face and greeted us as we walked through the door. Another Kansas City icon, the Peanut has been feeding hungry Kansas citizens for over 80 years! I haven't been here in several... years and I'm happy to see that they are still doing everything right. This location is convenient and easy to find. The serviceand food are excellent and I also enjoyed the atmosphere at this overland park location. The best BLT anywhere hands down . Ifyou've not tried the BLT you are missing out on a great KC tradition ! Read more
Ordered a half dozen wings and a side of sweet potato fries. Had a 20 minute drive back to hotel and the wings were still finger... burning hot. Ordering to go was a breeze and it was great she validated the location for me so I knew I was heading and orderingfrom the right location. Should have went with their 3 wings and fries because that definitely would have been more than enough.Make a stop and try out their delicious wings. Read more
