It is often cumbersome to find places in alignment with my health choices and dietary restrictions. To walk in the elegant doors... and be greeted with the fresh aroma of fruit smoothies and tropical vibes was a rush of relief. The overhead lights project aburst of light to fill the beachy café. When I stepped up to the cash register, I was immediately welcomed by the warm andcourteous staff members. I ordered the "Watermelon Mojito" smoothie. It was prepared promptly and cleanly to my delight. Upontrying the drink, I found it to be a wonderful blend of sweet and tartness! Great smoothies, I have tried 4-5 different flavors and all of them have been very good.
Went in last week (two days in a row) due to the selection of low calorie salad options and smoothies. Pretty tasty, nice and... fresh. Tried the jalapeño corn as a side. I ordered a delivery specifically through your app not a third party. I normally love this place and have not had an a purine... either like this other locations. The food is not particularly cheap but it?s normally good. We ordered 3 of the same smoothiesand one was either made incorrectly or I had the wrong label on the smoothie and got someone else?s. I was very kind when Icalled in and spoke to an employee I will not specifically name because I think they did try to do what they could at the timewith the resources they had. However, I was told I?d get a call back and I didn?t. So I called the next day to follow up andspoke with the same employee and was told the same thing that the manager was out of the office he would leave a note and get acall. I don?t have much hope at this point if I hear back I am more than happy to change the review, but there was no way tocontact anyone about the order issue through your app. It was a busy Friday at my job and I had to work through my lunch so wasat work 7-7. I had ordered the smoothie as my lunch and they are large normally plenty. I had a wrap with it and it was my firsttime having that wrap and I am not a picky person but it just was really not good . Like I said the menu is not exactly cheap. Iusually have it for two meals. That?s how I justify it. I work customer service, I have worked restaurants, I get mistakeshappen it?s been the experience of trying to work with the app and the company to remedy the situation. I?m extremelyfrustrated. Food is is underwhelming and over priced. I got the $8.50 three cheese chicken quesadilla. Taco Bell quesadillas at half the... price outrank this pitiful quesadilla with almost no cheese or chicken (and that is saying something because Taco Bell is farfrom good quality). The accompanying smoothie was alright, but nothing special. I got the sunrise sunset. Tastes like adecent mix of purées and ice. The kids meal was a pitiful wrap for $3.99 and a small smoothie that my daughter seemed to enjoyfor only $2.50 (the only highlight of this trip).
