Honestly if the restaurant cannot serve HOT food they need to tell the customers. Not only was all the food cold but they gave... us 2/4 wrong burgers and we were missing a fry. They told us inside was closed but we could use drive through. This Wendy?s hasbeen going downhill the past couple of years and it?s just terrible. My whole order was sent out cold. Went back through drive thru to ask for hot fries and nuggets. Only got hot nuggets. Also... burger was cold and looked like it had been sitting there for an hour or longer. Read more
UPDATE: So, I don't know what happened, but this Wendy's has gone to heck. We sat in line FOREVER for them to tell us they were... closing for the evening..BEFORE they were scheduled to close. They gave no explanation at all.. they've been randomly doing thisfor a while now. this Wendy's is not so great anymore.. ???? This Wendy's is so great!! The staff is always so nice, which isso refreshing because most places around here don't have a good, friendly staff. We just moved here this year and people in thistown are SO rude, especially the ones who work in customer service, but thankfully not here. Food is always good too. Love itand thank you! Read more

I never get both, hot fries and a hot sandwich. It's always one is hot and the other is cold. I don't understand it. For the... prices the charge for fast food, your whole meal should be served hot. And you never know if the staff are going to be nice orhave an attitude. I don't go there very often any more for these 2 reasons. Read more
I had a great time at this Wendy's! The store was clean. The staff was friendly. The burger was delicious and the fries were... fresh! The order was ready within a minute cause by the time I put the lid on my cup; my order was sitting on the counter. Iwill definitely be back! Read more
