The people working here forget you are there. I?ve been a few times and I?ve had to announce myself multiple times. Was at the drive thru 2 hrs before it closed and the employees were purposely ignoring me. I waited at the speaker for 20min... before I pulled up to the window and checked if it was still open. It was meant to be and I can see two employees in therewalking around I even attempted to go inside but the door was locked. This was on September 18 at 10pm. Yesterday 9/16/2022 around 2pm when I got to the speaker to order, there was a sign that the store was closed due to electrical... issues. When there is NOT an issue with that store? Today 09/17/22 I arrived at the speaker to order, it was around 12:25pm.The lady said what she needed to say then she said please come inside the store. I was like WHAT? Then I said "you want me tocome in?", she said YEAH. When I parked, I saw a line of people from the counter almost to the windows facing Alafaya Trail.
