The people working here forget you are there. I?ve been a few times and I?ve had to announce myself multiple times. Once I get... their attention someone starts talking in the background and they forget I?m there again. My husband just went through the drive through. 15 minute wait with only one car in front of him. Rude girl both on screen,... and pick up. She answered what do you want. What happened to welcome to Burger King? Have it your way????. Food was decent,however customer service was beyond poor. Tried to call the establishment several times for only to be hung up on 5 times sofar. Won?t ever go back to this establishment again. Read more
Was at the drive thru 2 hrs before it closed and the employees were purposely ignoring me. I waited at the speaker for 20min... before I pulled up to the window and checked if it was still open. It was meant to be and I can see two employees in therewalking around I even attempted to go inside but the door was locked. This was on September 18 at 10pm. Yesterday 9/16/2022 around 2pm when I got to the speaker to order, there was a sign that the store was closed due to electrical... issues. When there is NOT an issue with that store? Today 09/17/22 I arrived at the speaker to order, it was around 12:25pm.The lady said what she needed to say then she said please come inside the store. I was like WHAT? Then I said "you want me tocome in?", she said YEAH. When I parked, I saw a line of people from the counter almost to the windows facing Alafaya Trail. Wow. One of worst restaurants I've had the pleasure of seeing. Slow, staff is extremely uncaring or with any urgency. I was in... line for 8 to 10 minutes waiting to be noticed. If I can give a 0 stars I would but 1 star I have no choice, today I encounter a GM joancy a temporary or fill in GM was very... disrespectful and rude over a transaction that she couldn't rectify, joancy GM expressed her frustration on how that's not herstore and that she doesn't have anything to do with that store. Ms joancy GM stated my coupon was for small not med and I sharedthat I have a coupon for med and would like to upgrade to large. It became a debate with her and the cashier everything wentleft field. The lady was clapping her hands with attitude speaking in Spanish if I can't afford my food to give it to her, andshe stated that if any customers come and upside they food that they can't get what they want it's what the coupon says . Ihaven't never been so disrespect and humiliated over a coupon. Ordered 3 items in drive through. Waited 10 minutes. 1 item and part of 1 item missing (COMBO MEAL). They had us pull forward... after paying so you couldn't just leave when fed up with long wait.
