I was trying to order a Blizzard cake for my son's birthday in a few days and could not get anyone to pick up the phone. I... called several times at different times of the day because I know if they are busy they may not have someone who can answercalls since they are helping customers. However, there wasn't an option to leave a message and call me back and the onlineordering for this location wasn't available. Was in the Drive-Thru lane last night 15-20 min from closing. There ended up being a decent amount of cars in the line so I... decided to wait it out. 10 minutes till close and the lights go out with 4 cars left in the Drive-Thru as the cars move at asnails pace. As I get up to the speaker box there wasn't anyone there and when I finally arrive at the window (after myself anda few other cars waited 30 minutes) there is no one in the restaurant! Those "Lovely" employees scamper out the back withoutinforming us! Being someone that works in the food industry, I understand you want to leave after a day's work. But when youhave people patiently waiting in line before you even close and not serve them is a poor, poor form of character. Gonna writea review on corporate soon.. Read more
Got into the drive thru at 10:30pm. It is 11:08pm and we have only just gotten to the window. The lights on the drive thru menu... were turned off 15 min before close time and when we got to the box BEFORE 11pm nobody was at the box after saying ?hello?repeatedly. When we finally arrived to the window employees are going about their business and making blatant eye contact. Weare not sure if we are able to be served as nobody has given us the time of day. They?re only staring and walking past. It?sabsolutely ridiculous that we can spend over 30 minutes waiting to not be served or even ACKNOWLEDGED. The two young men, aswell as, the young lady that work there need to learn what customer service is. No common decency. What an absolute waste oftime. Never coming back to this location. I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I could?ve gotten friendly servicegoing through the drive thru of a CLOSED restaurant. Read more
Went through the drive, the drive thru lady gave me the chocolate covered vanilla cone, the cone was dripping in chocolote with... the napkin over it. I let the lady know nicely to to remake it as the one she gave unedible. She just snatched the cone and inthe same motion slammed threw in the garbage with the worst attitude. I?ve been to this location with my 12 year old and neverI have we witnessed something like this, I am furious she did this in front of my child. Since I was taken back by this, Iasked to just give me a refund. With her attitude still going, she said ?so you want a refund now?? I just responded with ?wow,please get me your manager.? She walked away annoyed and the manager came to the window, gave me a refund and said it?s been acrazy afternoon. I am not a person to call a manage but there was no rush at the time I went. Always good ice cream but they have a bad habit on not mixing blizzards to the bottom. All the treats and flavors are on top... and nothing buy vanilla on the bottom. Read more

Oviedo - Ordered 2 sundaes, hot fudge and strawberry. They each had almost no toppings. It was like getting a cup of plain... vanilla ice cream. I doubt we'll be back. Read more
