Worst experience ever. My partner went in today to get me sub and upon entering the store (with no customers currently inside)... both employees were sitting and one was LAYING DOWN in a booth on their phones. They both slowly got up and took the order, butthe association on register rushed my partner to pay before the sandwich was finished so he could then go and sit back down inthe booth and get back on his phone. I don't know what kind of manager hires employees who do not care about their job or havinggood customer service. Worst Subway store ever. Read more
Typical cheap subway owner has 1 employee working alone on a Saturday at noon time .
I only got 3 things on my sandwich ? ham, cheese, and mayo ? and it was still messed up. There was practically no mayo on the... sandwich. The only area that had mayo was the corner of one end of the sandwich. The rest was dry. 1/4 of my footlong had nomeat on it. Very odd. Read more
I don't usually give such high ratings to fast food joints but we had such great service that I had to. This is a solid subway.
Anna was trying to eat her lunch when I arrived, my third stop trying to find somewhere who had lunch that I wanted. She listens... to me complain about the Circle K down by UCF didn't have any roller food out and the employees seem unconcerned. Went to Publixdidn't have the popcorn chicken they had advertised was another eight minutes for them to finish cooking it. So I knew Subwaywas going to have what I wanted and Anna hooked me up. The sandwiches were all wrong. Ordered online for pickup and all 3 were incorrect. Called several times and goes right to VM and... says all are busy. We walked in and the guy never even knew we were there. How do you order specifically from the app on lineand get it messed up. Bread was wrong and toppings. The person there tonight at 8:20 was not even wanting to be there obviously.The receipt on the sandwiches even shows what toppings and it?s still wrong. I will got to Firehouse subs or jersey mikes forour next visit for subs. Read more
How are you going to leave one person for lunch time shift???????. Felt bad for Joshua. He did his best to do his job right. But... no one should be left alone during lunch time. Guy had to make the sub. Ring up and deal with online orders at the same time. Read more
