Really neat Fusion Sushi Restaurant. They have taken a combination of multiple flavors and multiple cultures and made something... special. I have had this Restaurant on my list for a while. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but when you get in,one will be pleasantly surprised. They have beautiful decor, and a gorgeous open face kitchen. At first glance, you think it'sa tiny place, but it extends into a bigger venue. I started off with an A5 Wagyu Fat Wash Old Fashioned, and elevated to aChef's choice Sashimi selection. The cocktail was amazing and beautifully made. The Sashimi included imported Japanese soy sauceand freshly made Wasabi. It was presented beautifully. Only critique is that I believe the portion was a bit small. It was moreice than fish. We also sampled 3 diverse and delicious Sushi rolls. My personal favorite was the Ceviche roll. It wasspectacular. We also had the Seasonal Pork Chop, which was surprisingly amazing. It was cooked to a medium, and delightfullyjuicy. We finished the evening with an ice cream flight, which included Black sesame, Toasted Almond, Salted Caramel, andSeasonal Cinnamon Toast Crunch. The last one was the best. My husband and I had dinner here last Thursday. We had the Korean fried chicken and it was so good. The chicken was crispy and... the sauce was amazing. Everything was so fresh and good. The manager sent over a recommendation and it was so amazing; weordered a second one. We ordered the strawberry shortcake style desert; it was sooo good. Had a lovely dinner here with my husband. Service is great and the sushi is fresh. We ordered several rolls and dessert all were... delicious. The rolls have great and distinct flavors personally I really liked the red eye. The wasabi root is definitely worththe price if you are a wasabi fan. It's a higher price point but it's to be expected with good fresh sushi. You definitely getyour money's worth and will leave satisfied with taste and quality. Read more

We’ve been in here a few times over the years when we want to get great sushi and great ambience. Brought our son in here for... his birthday and they didn’t disappoint! They still have the great sushi and great ambience but I forgot how great theservice is! Our server was amazing and helped our son order two “mock-tails” and he loves them. She also brought a littleadapter for chop sticks to my younger daughter that can’t quite manage them without help yet. This is the first time we havebeen here early enough for happy hour. I ordered the happy hour old fashioned which I was told was Four Roses bourbon.Absolutely delicious. My wife ordered saki. I really blew it with remembering what rolls we ordered!! I should have taken apicture of the menu so I could look back at it when I posted this and I am sorry for that.
