Seems like I continously give this place another chance and I do not learn that I shouldn't go any more. I've been waiting in... the drive thru for 20 min until someone spoke and said they were closed even if it was not closing time yet, i've been said theydidn' have fries, i've been said they didn't have bacon, i've waited ridiculous amount of time for my order and goes on and on.Yesterday, we were again, waiting in the drive thru for 15 min (just 2 cars ahead) it's my turn and they tell me they were nolonger taking orders (it was 8pm). I had a biiig line behind, I couldn't back out. I could give the other cars a heads up andthey could go, but I got stuck in the line waiting for these 2 cars who were lucky enough to get the orders. 25 mins later I wasable to get out. Lazy teenager in the drive thru giving her friends a bunch of food! For 2 dollars (we saw the person inside the car pay 2... singles for all the food. We pulled up in the drive in and the girl in the headset told us they were closed (this at 10:51pm)when they actually close at 11:00pm. Read more
It's amazing how well this place consistently disappoints. I've had burnt chicken sandwiches that no human being in their right... mind would feed a dog but yet they wrap it up and give to drive through. They continuously mess up the orders and it's not a oneoff, it's consistent. Read the community forum on the neighborhood apps and you will find the same from all the residents. Thisplace just needs to shut down. The issue is management down, no QA. Read more
One of the worst wendys experiences of my life. I was *STUCK* in the drive-thru line for OVER 30 minutes. I missed a critical... appointment at home because of the absurd amount of time it took. THEN, I find out the order is incorrect. They didn't give meany fries, and the meat was BURNT. How the heck do you burn fast-food meat?!?!!? I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit with no cheese. The first one I got was only egg and biscuit with no sausage. They proceeded... to correct the error and the second one they gave me the biscuit was so dry and hard I could barely eat half of it. this used tobe one of my favorite breakfast stops about a year ago, I don't know what happened to the quality of food. Phone number doesn't even work to call about the terrible service and ask about poor quality. Told No drinks or frosty available... on a pre-order and waited over 35 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. They have a couple of girls who are supernice but the rest are just apathetic. KFC is better which isn't saying much! Read more
The manager at this store is horrible at her job. She needs to find another career! The food here is always subpar...they are... constantly out of stuff...and the store never seems clean. We stopped going here for a long time and chose to drive further tothe location at University and Rouse. For some reason we decided to give it another try....that was a huge mistake!
