One of my favorite places to eat. I've never had a meal that was bad, I will say Megan is the best waitress there! We love her.
Apple Barrel was busy but we were seated promptly. The hostess and waitresses were friendly and efficient. I had breakfast... and my daughter had a Philly cheese steak sandwich. Both were huge portions that were well prepared. Read more
When we were seated the floor under the table was filthy from previous diners. Service was spotty and we had to ask for things... because once served we were left on our own. If t You order eggs order them a step up from what you really want...I er easy wasalmost raw. Biscuits and gravy are not homemade and the grits are instant. Portions are smaller compared to other similarestablishments. We will probably stick to Cracker Barrel . Read more
Another successful date night. The service was excellent, and my meal was well worth the money. The only reason for 4-stars is... my wife's meal did not appear to be a great value. She ordered the salmon, mashed potatoes, and tortilla soup. There was noproblem with her food as I did sample each item but the portions, to me, did not seem adequate. I will say the soup wasexcellent. Since she doesn't eat a whole lot due to a previous surgery so her portions did not matter to her but she did commentabout how much more i had in front of me. My order on the other hand, was chicken fried chicken, 2 eggs, hashbrowns, andbiscuits and gravy. Definitely no complaints about my portions. The chicken was hot and golden browned smothered in gravy.Plenty of hashbrowns, 2 eggs as expected, and a biscuit with gravy on the side. Definitely worth the 8.99 I paid for mine. Forthe pair of us, including drinks and a tip, we escaped for 40 even. Again, the service was excellent and no complaints about thefood itself. Will definitely visit again and see if we can't earn that 5th star. Read more
The food came out cold and tasted bland. I don?t understand how two orders were completely cold. Also, the only thing that... tasted okay in the whole breakfast was the glass of water. I would give magazine stars if I could. This is the worse breakfastin Owasso. Read more
