I typically love Baja Jacks in Owasso, but the last couple of times that we?ve gotten pick up it has not been good! Today I... ordered my normal? Veggie quesadilla minus peppers, and I got a messy veggie quesadilla with peppers a couple of mushrooms, noonions and very little cheese! First time in. Stand in line to order and that went very quick. Pepsi products. Indoor and outdoor seating. Neither are huge... areas. The food was fabulous! They have a salsa bar that was great and gave everyone a basket of chips. Great fast Mexican foodand would definitely go back. Read more
Where do I begin? My family have been regulars of Baja Jack's for over ten years. We ate there at least once a week when they... had their location in Tulsa, and we miss it so! I have many fond memories of eating there with my family. They are consistent,have excellent friendly staff, and the food is always spot on. They also have the BEST steak tacos! Cali-Okie burrito is where it's at. My go to burrito if it's offered. Delicious little place that ehen has a build your own... burrito sheet. Queso with Chorizo was also delicious. Will be back. Read more
Always filthy. Dirty tables stayed dirty the entire time I was there.4-5 high school age kids working but not actually doing... anything. Chips and trash on the floor. Watched a customer try to clean the salsa bar as employees stood by. 100% failure ofmanager. All need to be fired. Read more
I usually love this place but have noticed a decline in the employees checking the food. 3 times in a row my order has been... wrong and a burrito I order will have half the things I ordered in the burrito. The quality of the food, especially the carneasada steak has been extremely chewy and pretty gross. I ordered the quesadilla and it had almost no cheese on most of it... Iwas so disappointed. And lastly, I'm not sure what the deal was with the queso but it was powdery and so chunky that I couldntreally eat! Really unfortunate because I use to really love this place but with my order being wrong majority of the time andthe quality of the food, it's no longer a place I'd want to dine at! Read more
I normally LOVE Baja Jacks, but these last few times the quality hasn?t been what it was previously. Found 2 large chunks of... meat that weren?t edible, very hard and crunchy, that I had to spit out. Afterwards each bite was just rice, cheese, andtortilla. The burrito was also very greasy as it drenched my hands and was dripping from the burrito as well. Sad to say I?mdisappointed this go round. Read more
Great place for lots of choices! The build your own cards are my family's favorite! Been here over 30 times and will always... bring friends to give them the experience. They can use more silverware and salsa bowls, and clean up the eating area a littlebetter...but hard when they get and stay busy. Expand time Baja Jack's! Read more
