Arrived at 8:04pm was seated, waitress forgot about us and we didn't get our food ordered until 8:29pm. Our order arrived to... our table at 8:39pm. She wasn't very friendly or out going for the reminder of our visit. Read more
It was kinda late in the evening, but it was the weekend and still a few other customers in there. Any how, Our waitress came to... hostess station and sat us in her section, she was very helpful at first, but once our appetizers where delivered, she came backonce for refills, and then we didn?t see her again until it was time to get boxes and ticket.. she was in bar area talking withother customers, which I take was friends of hers or other coworkers, but she talked with them the remainder of our stay there..and main meals where cold and boneless chicken was rock hard.. I have been here several times I don't recommend the chicken nachos but that's a personal issue. I just prefer beef nachos over... chicken. They've changed their nacho recipe so many times I can't keep up however, the beer battered onion rings and tangy ranchsauce Southwest ranch actually is delicious, the house platter comes with a lot of good stuff and it's filling. The wait staffat this one location isn't always great, but it's not always bad. I would definitely recommend as a hangout for the guys for asports event. Read more
We came in last night and it was perfect timing because they have buy one wing get one 50% off on Tuesdays. Jake was our server... and he was super friendly and helpful. He made sure to interact with our toddler and she thought he was so funny. He suggestedwe try the cheese curds with caramel sauce, which we thought was gross, but it turned out to be amazing! Absolutely terrible customer service, waited forever to order, and forever to get any food. I came in for a good veterans day... meal and made a terrible mistake choosing this place. The fries were alright but The wings were cold and barely had any sauce.My buddy (also a 27 year old vet) forgot his ID but brought his birth certificate and was accused of forging a fake birthcertificate, so we couldn't even enjoy alcohol with what might as well be gas station food.
