Always love Chick-fil-a food, but I really dislike this location. I?ve been to this one many times over the years and the... service continues to be ridiculously slow, the drive-thru is always chaotic for drivers, and the staff is essentially comprisedof all teenagers which means it tends to be an unprofessional atmosphere. They often treat customers like an inconvenience ordisturbance. My most recent visit was what actually led me to finally leave a review. My boyfriend and I awkwardly stoodwaiting to order as the cashier and another employee socialized; despite acknowledging us as they talked, we finally had tointerrupt them and ask if the register was open for us to order. Once we sat down to eat, the view behind the counter washorrific. Chick-fil-a is known for being a well-run, sanitary restaurant, but this location was a soaking wet, dirty mess. Ifthat?s what management deems acceptable to be seen by the public, I can only imagine what the actual kitchen looks like. Itypically never eat inside, but now I realize why the food here takes so long to come out. It?s just teenage socializing goingon and no one to keep the team on task. This is the only Chick-fil-a I?ve had a bad experience at ? and multiple at that. TheOwasso location desperately needs new management. Read more
By far the worst location I have been to. The staff is full of teenagers and most of the time they are unprofessional. Every... time I have visited this location there has been something wrong with my order. Food freshness and accuracy, terrible parkinglot entry and exit, and unpleasant staff are the biggest issues. After today's visit was once again unsatisfactory, I will nolonger be ordering from this location. Read more
I used to say there was no bad service at Chickfila but this location is a first. The parking set up excludes most of the... parking spots from being used due to the drive thru, which was backed up and allowed no access to park anyway. There were 4employees by the register and no one said hello until o finally asked if one of them was open. Then a young male employeecouldn't wait for me to finish my order and got right up on me to chat with someone. Food fine as always but they forgot mysauce. Read more

I absolutely love Chick-Fil-A. That being said, this location needs a member of corporate to secret shop. The staff in the... evening is very nice, very fast, but very young. Teenage behavior is to be expected, but there is a great amount ofunprofessionalism shown at this location. Not staff wide, but a few bad apples may influence the crew. This is the worst Chick-Fil-A location I have been to, & I've been to many as this is my favorite food chain. I am SUPER bummed... this is the location that is now closest to my home after moving to Owasso from South Tulsa. The food quality is inconsistent,the wait time is inconsistent, getting the correct order is rare, the only thing that is consistent about this restaurant is therude staff. I feel like a burden from the moment I walk in. The cashier actually rolled her eyes at me when I came back to thecounter for the brownie we ordered & the sauce we requested. I LOVE Chick-fil-A. It's my favorite restaurant and it will always have a soft spot in my heart. I love how all of the workers... are kind and quick. If I were to recommend a meal, it would be an 8 cout with siratcha and Polynesian sauce. Read more
