I got donuts for office team. The Easter bunny was a catch
Had $5.00 stolen from me! I purchased 2 doughnuts total of $2.90! Cashier stated my change was $17.10 from a twenty. Only I was... stupid enough to believe her and not count my change back! She handed me 3 ones and 2 fives!!! Nor did she count it back! Shejust handed it back all at once! Lesson learned people! Three 5's and 2 ones!!! She knew she was stealing! She didn't give methe receipt either! They will never get my business again, nor will I recommend them. So if you do go, count your change beforeleaving the store!!! Read more
I took my son and his cousin's here for birthday donuts. I had lots of kids with me and each wanted to choose their own donut. ... Everyone at the counter was amazing, they were understanding about the indecisiveness of my kids, and interacted with the otherswhile each kid ordered. Love this Daylight donuts. They are always friendly and they have even sold me special request items in the past. Their donuts... also seem to be fresher than other locations as well which sounds weird since they are a chain but I prefer this location toseveral others. Read more
Will definitely NOT be back. I got charged $20 for a dozen donuts because I chose an assortment of donuts, as opposed to them... all being roll donuts or circle donuts. That was the explanation that the worker, Sarah, said to me when I complained about thepricing. Sarah said she charged me individually for each donut (even though I purchased a dozen) because some were roll donutsand some were not. This does not make sense since roll donuts are more expensive than regular donuts, and a dozen roll donutscosts $18 plus tax. I got 6 roll donuts, but still paid $17.85 plus tax. This system of charging (charging individually for eachof the 12 donuts) is not a good business practice. This will be my first and last time going there. Read more
