Giving a 2 on this service because when I called the guy on the phone was polite and corrected the situation. Ordered an... ultimate pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Had no pepperoni driver was spot on food was hot but the wrong order. Tips of customerservice though. When you answer the phone identify who you are give your name and what company you are. Even though the personon the other end is calling you don't assume they have it correct. This serves a purpose of letting the other person on theother end of the phone know who they are talking to. This serves as good customer services. Rarely does this location messthings up. But common its pepperoni and mushroom how do you leave off the pepperoni on ultimate pepperoni add the only changewas add mushrooms? Just Spoke to Gabby, the rudest and most unprofessional manager I?ve ever spoke too. I am a manager myself with 140 employees... under me. I would be fired on the spot if I treated a customer that way. I was having difficulty using my promo code online. Iasked her for assistance and her response was you will just have to keep trying nothing she could do for me. I will drive andpick up my pizza now on from the other Dominos in Owasso. When i usually order from here, they do a decent job. Sometimes they?ll forget the extra sauces I order but I don?t mind it too... much. Today when i ordered though, there was a piece of string inside of my pizza, took a bite out of a pizza slice and feltsomething strange so I spit it out and there it was. I've never had anything but positive experiences from these folks. Their thin crust pizzas are as good as anywhere I've been.... Their coupons are unreal. I'll get 3 two-topping mediums for about $20. That's carryout. Make sure to check coupons on app orask if you call. Read more
Went by to place an order after several hours of shopping. There was a large sign beside the door stating the restroom was for... customers only. After placing my takeout order I asked where the restroom was only to be told it was not available because ofCOVID. When I asked about the sign on the door I was told there was another sign there that said it was not available. Aftergetting the pizza and going out the door I found a very small sign on the door about COVID-19 including the closed restrooms tothe public. I had to really look for this and I think not only should their sign be bigger with current information but the opensign should be removed or crossed out. The last two times I have ordered from here they have messed up. The first time, they got the pizzas completely wrong by mixing... a chicken, bacon, spinach on Red sauce instead of Alfredo. The second time I called to put my order in and the cashier cut meoff and said she knew what coupon I was using. She didn?t put the full order in. After only half the order was delivered (cameout to the same costs as what the full order should have been. Advertised price was 19.99 and my total was $24. It was logicalwith tax.) I called because I legitimately thought they forgot a few items and they said they would call me back. They calledback to say they didn?t get it on the ticket so there was nothing they were willing to do. In the end I paid the same price Iwould have for twice as much food as what I got because their cashier ?knew? and rushed me off the phone without even confirmingmy order.
