Good food and custards. My son ordered a spicy chicken sandwich but when we got home he discovered that his sandwich was missing... the chicken. I called Freddy's and told them what happened and they fixed his order and gave us a complimentary custard cardafter the guy apologized profusely. Jacqueline is AWESOME! My Grandma says that Freddy's has the best fountain Pepsi in town. The staff is always upbeat, friendly... and ready to help. They have really thin shoe string french fries...they also have their own special blend ofseasonings...amazing! That you can purchase, along with their original dipping sauce, to take and enjoy at home However myGrandma will order her fries without the seasoning. On one occasion she was given her fries WITH the seasoning after orderingit without. Well in no time they had brought her a whole bag full of unseasoned french fries. She had a lot to take home. Lol.
