I absolutely love hideaway and always have, but our last experience was rough. Food was perfect, it wasn?t especially busy, but... our service was slow enough that I had to go find our waiter twice - and I can?t remember the last time I?ve had to do that atANY restaurant. I gave up on the beer I ordered so went to the bar to try to order one there and even the bartender ignored mefor a solid 4 or 5 minutes. She just kept looking at her screen and making drinks from there without acknowledging me at all-I?m sure she was just overwhelmed. Very weird for a hideaway, but I?ve never really been to the Owasso location before. I thinkthey may have had staffing issues. I?ll definitely be trying them again and hopefully can edit this with a better experience. Read more
Literally my favorite pizza place since I moved here to Oklahoma. Hideaway Pizza in Owasso has a great staff that's friendly and... efficient. Food is always perfect. I just wish when I pick up my order they'd quit forgetting my drink lol. But it's not worthlosing stars over. They are great otherwise ???? I'd recommend this place to everyone Read more
Love going to Hideaway Pizza! The atmosphere is very chill and welcoming. Their decor is unique to each location but each... locations decor is colorful and fun to look at while you wait for your food! The staff are all very friendly and caring aboutyour needs, always offering a play dough for my toddler to play with. Food wise, delicious! The appetizers will leave youstuffed from how good they are you?ll forget you got pizza too. I personally love the fried mushrooms. Best in town! The pizzais always hot with fluffy crust. Stood at the door waiting for several minutes. The restaurant was essentially empty except for the three employees talking... amongst themselves, who even LOOKED at us there. Eventually a server coming from the kitchen saw us, cleaned the table, and satus. What was most incredible was one of the three ended up being our server! Aside from rushing us to order, he also trieddropping off the wrong food and drinks to us. Terrible experience and won't be back. Read more
I will never dine in this establishment again. We chose this restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday. They forgot to put... our pizza order in, so it took forever. They comped us the appetizers, which made up for that, BUT when we left my husbandforgot his birthday gift under his chair. Two Fort Gibson Tiger T-shirts and a card from my 85 year old Memaw and my Aunt. Iwasn't gone 5 minutes when I called to tell them, and they had GIVEN IT AWAY! We were the last table upstairs with anyone evensitting at it! Who would want two Fort Gibson shirts in Owasso???? That's my hometown where my sons go to school. I got adifferent story than the one my mother got when she called, which leads me to believe that one of them walked away with 50dollars in school merchandise for a school over an hour away. At any rate, when something is left, it should be taken to amanager immediately and held and IDENTIFIED before giving it to anyone. To make matters worse, the waitress literally had mybusiness card with contact info on it. Disappointed doesn't begin to cover it. Do better and train better. Read more
Great pizza and the service is always good too. It's busy for a reason! We have not had one bad item there yet. They are also... great about correcting any mistakes made, though rare. Have had several different pizzas, salads, appetizers, and sandwiches. The Italian sandwich is a must try! Awesome place to eat. Highly recommend it. Read more

It?s tough to write this because I LOVE hideaway. But golly, I?ve been trying to let them get it together for almost a year.... Every time we dine in the wait to get our pizza is so long. Tonight it was 48 minutes from the time we placed a order until ourfood arrived (at 4pm) Then we asked to just have it boxed, which took 7 minutes. I thought by going early we would not have thelengthy wait times for food, however we still did. I am not sure what the issue is, but I hope you all resolve it. Read more
