Our first time there and it was delicious! The food was hot and flavorful. The shrimp was properly deveined and cooked... perfectly. The staff were friendly, patient, and courteous to give us space to have our date night without leaving us hangingout to dry! Good portion sizes with plenty of leftovers for lunch tomorrow. RESERVATIONS RECOMMENDED!! We had reservations and were seated fairly promptly...but others coming in as "walk ins" at the same... time were quoted a 90 minute wait. Food was really good, our chef was friendly, engaging, and very skilled at his job. Ichiban has been a long time favorite in the entire North-Eastern Oklahoma. Although their whole menu is well done and top... tier; the "Big John" roll and the "Godzilla" roll are to die for. Excellent flavor, clean and fresh, preparation is on point. It can be a little pricey but the quality is worth it. Read more

The salad you get before your meal was really tasty! It comes with crunchies that taste like crackers. Our cook took care to... engage the kids and had a lot of skill. I had the vegetable dinner, which tasted brighter with the brownish ginger sauce. Read more

We love Ichiban ???? the food is all delicious and the service is pleasant and attentive. My husband had lobster and ribeye... Hibachi and I had filet and chicken, both with fried rice. We also had Katsu chicken and cheese won tons as appetizers. Read more

Sushi so good we finished it all. Recommend the Sashimi chef choice. So many choices and everything was great. Looking... forward to trying hibachi table next visit. The waitress was patient as we made our selections, which took forever. Turns outshe was the bartender helping out with serving on a short staffed evening. She was great!
