Good food and good service for the amount of people dining in! We were quick to be sat, did take some time to be greeted but it... wasn?t too big of an issue seeing as we went during peak business. Once greeted, our needs were quickly met and food came outquickly while being nice and hot! Read more
Came inside to be seated. Waited around 10 minutes for someone to seat us when we were the only ones at the front and there were... about three tables with people seated. We ordered coffee, the server only brought one cup when we asked for two. We asked forcreamer and milk three times before it was brought out. We could see our waiter from where we were sitting and he was standingthere on his phone the whole time. He brought our food out but then we realized it wasn?t ours. The food belonged to the tablenext to us. Same lady from the back came out and called our waiter to clean all of the dirty tables around us that had beendirty since before we were even seated. We hadn't been to ANY IHOP in a long, long time because of bad experiences. But the Owasso location was excellent. We were sat... and served quickly. The food was delicious and the service was pretty good. We're happy we decided to try this one out. Way togo Owasso, bring the good reputation back to IHOP!!! Read more
Worst service, just terrible. Manager needs fired. Never came i to the dining room to touch tables. We paid $82. For the worst... experience in a restaurant we ever had. Don't go here. For real don't go here. We never even received some of the things weordered. And they forgot someones food. They were not busy there was only 3 other tables. I had not been here in a long time and was looking forward to having some good food. Well I was disappointed. First our... waitress explained that the kitchen was backed up and our order would take a little longer. I understood and ordered 2x2x2.When I finally received my food it was cold. I ate the toast because it was semi warm and ordered a Colorado omelet instead ofmy replacement. My wife ordered toast which came out cold as well she also ordered her hashbrowns well done. They brought outdouble hashbrowns that were not well done. I don't remember why I had not been back to IHOP but I will definitely not come backto this one. Read more
There was a short waiting time. But plenty of help, food was out in a short period of time. Servers were friendly and efficient!
Brandon was a great waiter, very attentive and quick with any requests. The food was hot and tasty. The atmosphere, not so... great. Cleanliness of the seating areas is subpar, the plexiglass partitions were as nasty as could be, fingerprints and foodsmears all over. These partitions should be cleaned along with the tables after each use. Read more
