Ate here for lunch, and watched a worker eat food with gloves on and then proceeded to make a sandwich with the same gloves. At... the same time she dropped a container in the trash can and dug in the trash can with the SAME gloves and then went back to thefood she was making without ever changing her gloves ???? so gross! They?ve been short staffed for quite sometime and aren?t as freaky fast as they use to be. My favorite sandwich has been... unavailable since they?ve ran out of roast beef?but everyone there works as fast and as hard as they can. I just hope itimproves soon so I can keep getting my favorite without having to drive to another store 10+ miles away! Read more
Extremely nice servers. They were short handed at the time but still got served very fast and food was pretty good also.
I stayed at a hotel and they called to tell me they didn?t have a delivery driver. So my husband goes and gets his food and they... said that they would void that but he?d have to pay additional for his meal. I?m sorry but for their mess up they should havejust given him his sandwich for free at least because that?s not right. And now he?s $20 shy for 3 business days. So they needto figure out how to properly take care of their customers if they continue to have business. Read more
Sandwiches are very good. Staff is courteous and efficient. Ingredients are fresh. More expensive than Subway but you get more... for your money.Il'll take quality and quantity over cheap any day. Sad that the summer wraps are going away very soon. Read more
Customer service was great, but had multiple hairs throughout my wrap. Three long ones in just the first two bites.
The food is usually as expected from JJ. This location has had short staffed signs on the doors for months. The last few times... we did an online order, we had time to drive to the store and then waited a while for the sandwiches. Total time from order topickup was 43 minutes. Until they solve the staffing issue, this location is far from ?freaky fast.? It is interesting there isa large sticker on the back of the front table that reads, ?if you want a faster sandwich MAKE IT YOURSELF!? Read more
