I ordered lasagna & the Mexican quesa pizza. The lasagna was so greasy I couldn't eat it the quality has went way way down if... they can't make lasagna any better than this it should be taken off the menu. The pizza was dry it looked nothing like theyadvertised it. It was so dry hardly any filling in it I will not be ordering anything from Mazzios for a long time. We eat here because they have the only salad bar in town, but it has gone down hill. The service is horrible. The employees... are often rude slow amd unhelpful. We shall see what service is like today. On 7/24/22. Ordered bone in Wings dry rub and a pepperoni ham sausage pizza thin... crust. 52 minutes in and still food. Mind you I am order number 16 and 5 blocks from this location. I figure 35 to 45minutes should be suffice we are now 1 hour 29 min in. Food arrived delivery driver polite food hot and in good shape. Thelast service should have been a -5. Over all basedon today service you all are no a 3. Drivers should never comment abouttips. I purposely do not but a tip on a card payment. A drivers tip is based on their service not on quality of food. I havedined in places I have given a tip to the clock and nit server and vis versa. The driver was a yard but food far delicious.
