I ordered lasagna & the Mexican quesa pizza. The lasagna was so greasy I couldn't eat it the quality has went way way down if... they can't make lasagna any better than this it should be taken off the menu. The pizza was dry it looked nothing like theyadvertised it. It was so dry hardly any filling in it I will not be ordering anything from Mazzios for a long time. We eat here because they have the only salad bar in town, but it has gone down hill. The service is horrible. The employees... are often rude slow amd unhelpful. They will leave the salad bar partially empty or with browning lettuce. We use to reallyenjoy thisazzios but the last several times have been very disappointed Read more

We shall see what service is like today. On 7/24/22. Ordered bone in Wings dry rub and a pepperoni ham sausage pizza thin... crust. 52 minutes in and still food. Mind you I am order number 16 and 5 blocks from this location. I figure 35 to 45minutes should be suffice we are now 1 hour 29 min in. Food arrived delivery driver polite food hot and in good shape. Thelast service should have been a -5. Over all basedon today service you all are no a 3. Drivers should never comment abouttips. I purposely do not but a tip on a card payment. A drivers tip is based on their service not on quality of food. I havedined in places I have given a tip to the clock and nit server and vis versa. The driver was a yard but food far delicious. The quality and service has gone way down. We live 1 mile from the store that delivered our pizza and it took them 35 minutes to... delivered. The pizza was cold and soggy. We are getting better quality of product from Little Caesar?s. Rarely is the pizzacooked to order these days. Guess it?s time to move on from my childhood place. Read more
It has been a while since we tried Mazzio's and had the works pizza, and it was really good. We will definitely be back.
Went here for lunch around 2pm so obviously tbey werent busy. The lady at the front seemed like she hated her job and wasnt rude... but definitely didnt have a great attitude untilllllll I sent back the burnt cheese dippers and said "im so sorry but can youplease remake these they are to burnt for us to eat" she literally threw like chunked them in the trash. Then the manager tellsus they were "properly" cooked including our pizzas that are obviously burnt... Amd what we wanted was "undercooked" idk man.Crust is supposed to be golden brown not like this.... :( Read more
