The manger was very accommodating to make a change to my order after it was placed. No questions asked. I felt he really wanted... to ensure I was satisfied. The sandwich was good and the potato soup was way better than I expected. One minor complaint butthis may be how they make the sandwiches. I placed a pick up order about 45 minutes to close (I?m so sorry!), my order was nice, hot and packaged with care. The staff was... also very nice for the late order! Made my overnight shift a whole lot better with a bowl of country potato and a club sandwich???? Read more
Good choices, and came quick and hot. I like new location better than when at corner. Though don't understand a drive thru you... can just pick up when they have parking places to pick up. I remember the good old days of actually ordering in a drive thru. Read more
So definitely not a great experience this time. Got home and realized not only did we not get the tortilla chips for the soup... but they gave us what they called a "half a sandwich" more like a quarter of a sandwich! Absolutely ridiculous to pay $18 andget this small of a sandwich. Even the "half" soup wasn't filled up all the way. Super disappointed Read more
Great place to enjoy a sandwich and some tea. I would have given 5 stars but the table was so uneven and super annoying to eat... on. It's the small things that matter. When small things are overlooked, it makes you wonder what else is overlooked in thekitchen. The food was delicious as I had the veggie sandwich and ceasar salad. The wait staff was friendly and considerate ofall customers. People who are cleaning tables should communicate about tables needing fixed to give a better customerexperience. Can you say Nasty? I think this is the dirtiest McAlister I've ever been in. The floors are all stained yellow and brown with... dirt. The dividers have food crumbs and dust and the edging had food crumbs. The napkin dispenser was covered in dust. My mom'ssandwich was wrong and so much mayo on it. Mine had wilted lettuce with brown edges. Gross! They gave me crushed zesty crackersfor my soup. Almost every table was either dirty with crumbs or sticky and the seats had spills on them. Completely unprofessional and cannot handle a simple task such as remaking a sandwich that their employees made incorrectly. If... it is specified that the sandwich should be a made a certain way due to an allergy issue, I feel it is appropriate to ask forthe sandwich to be remade. I am perplexed at the lack of respect that your staff and management has shown towards its customers. Read more
