Very disappointed in our local Olive Garden. We frequent this place weekly, it has been a staple since the pandemic. Their food... is very good for the price and the portions are usually enough for 2 meals. We have 5 kids, so that is important. Tonight Iarrived at 925 to place a take out order. I stood at the front of the restaurant while a group of servers chatted at the bar. 3made eye contact with me but ignored me. At 930 a different server cMe from the back and asked if they could help me. I toldthem I wanted to place a take out order and he told me he needed to check if they were still taking orders. He returned and toldme they quit taking orders at 930. Needless to say I am very aggravated. We usually spend over $100 and tip very well. I don'tthink we will be going back anytime soon, and I hate that. Read more
The staff was very nice. It's been 13 years since I was in an Olive Garden. The change in the menu made me a little sad... because my favorite dish is no longer being served. That being said, the service was excellent and the food was very good. Wewill be going back. Read more
Love the chicken and gnocchi soup!! Never been disappointed here ??. Be careful not to get stuffed on breadsticks and salad.
We had a party of 10. Our waiter kept our beverage full, the breadsticks and salads full and we did not have to ask. Took the... orders from the ladies and kids first then went to the men. All the staff was polite and helpful. It was our last night thereand we had wonderful food, a great experience and good memories were made. Read more
Every year, our small church takes our widows out for dinner around Valentine's Day. (We don't want them to be alone, and they... LOVE Olive Garden.) Olive Garden has always worked with us and even taken our church check (when they don't normally takechecks). Food is great, service is excellent, and management is thoughtful. Thank you!! Read more
Great food. Great service. It took much longer than it should have for our dinner to come, but when it was ready the manager... brought it out to us and made it right with free dessert. That was not necessary, but he went above above and beyond to makesure we enjoyed our dining experience. It was very much appreciated. Our server was super friendly and a very good server! Read more
Great service and great food as always! The menu has been minimized due to the pandemic but the menu has perfect selections with... all the favorites!!! I highly recommend the chicken and shrimp carbonara! I finished it with the perfect desert drink called aWatermelon Moscato Sangria!!! Sooo good!!! And of course the breadsticks and salad! Yummm! It was a busy weekend when we got there but the ladies up front were super nice and actually got us seated within an hour. Got... the food pretty quickly after the salad and bread sticks both were good. The food was hot and delicious. Our server was supersweet! She was always coming back to check on us and making sure we were all good before she left. Nice clean table. Was superbusy but def was worth the wait. Will be back again when in Tulsa again!
