Panda Express is basically a Chinese fast food joint. When you time it right and go around lunch or dinner time, you can get... fresh food because their turn around is relatively quick. If you go anytime in between lunch and dinner, chances are, you?ll getlousy mushy food. The service at this Owasso location is relatively good but their food is soooo salty!! I usually order thebeef broccoli which for the most part is good. Their Kung Pao chicken is extremely salty. Their plate portion is not huge butfor small eaters like me, I can usually make 2 meals out of it. I like going here for one of those cravings to fill. Read more
The food is good, usually. Sometimes you will get the bottom of the bowl and end up with mostly onions. The staff is usually... friendly, but they do their thing and don't really listen most times. Read more
How hard is it to make white rice? Apparently when you're out it takes 45 minutes. How can you run out of a staple of your... business like this and it take you the better part of an hour. For the last 2 years anytime I've went to this place it alwayshas seemed to be a headache. Read more
Food was decent. Soda fountain leaks a lot of water through the nozzles. But when my wife pointed out to one of the employees... that the root beer was out, he fixed it right away. So kudos to that guy. I was slightly disgusted how they took a fresh batchof shrimp and then took the old one and scooped the remnants and threw it on top of the fresh batch. Made me decide not to getthe shrimp this time only because I have no idea how old that shrimp was! ???? Read more
Drive thru has been broken for months, always out of food and what they do have is either extremely overcooked or very... undercooked, and they never answer the phone. It's like they want this store to shutdown completely or they just absolutely hatetheir jobs.. I get times are hard but if staffing is an issue and so is getting food from their suppliers they might as wellclose the doors for good. Read more
Noodles were over cooked and chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease. What is the deal with putting your own teriyaki on... your own chicken. It's the signature dish. There was a beef dish that was good. The employees were pleasant especially cashier. Read more
####update 1 star..they wouldn't let me order inside if I didn't have a mask and they wouldn't provide me one cuz I didn't have... one. The inside wasn't even open to dine in. Poor poor Panda#####You know for fast food Panda it's pretty good. Can't go wrongwith some orange chicken and beef and broccoli. The guys that work there are always friendly.
