This is the 3rd time ordering breakfast from the app. The first 2 times it took over 30 minutes to prepare making us late to... work, so this morning I ordered the sandwich 30 minutes early. The app says it?s ready so we go pick it up. It is, in fact, NOTready. It wasn?t even started! They waited until I came in to pick up the sandwich to inform me they cannot sub the bread,making me wait another 10 minutes before even beginning the order as we were already late. I subbed the bread the past 2x withno issue. Be consistent. App developers need to put in an option to sub out the bread for breakfast sandwiches. Read more
My boyfriend and I dined at this location last night at about 730 pm and our food was not good at all. I ordered squash soup and... a toasted frontega chicken sandwich. He ordered mac & cheese and the toasted steak and white cheddar sandwich. My soup was goodbut when I bit into my sandwich a tasteless liquid squirted all over the table, my pants, and shirt. It tasted watery and bland.I couldn't figure out why the sandwich was so soggy. My boyfriend's food was bland and tasteless and he resorted to addingtobasco sauce to both the mac & cheese and his sandwich. We were both extremely hungry and in a hurry so we just powered throughand ate as much of it as we could and left. I hate it because it was his first time trying Panera and I have never had a badexperience like that before. Read more
I like to order a large coffee; when I order from here and keep in mind a large is 20oz as said on their menu when I receive my... order most of the time I have to correct their mistake when they give me a regular coffee that is 16oz. If I'm paying more moneyfor a bigger coffee I expect the correct order, this is a multiple store issue. Read more
I will not be ordering food at this Panera location again. Last two times I have, the food has been cold. Got one of the... flatbread pizzas this time, so I reheated it and ate it, but it made me slightly sick. Never had a problem with drinks fromthere, so may still use them for the unlimited drinks club which I do like. If I want food though, I?ll use another location. Read more

Always have great service at this location. And it?s standard Panera food (great quality). I enjoy a large coffee (coffee club)... and a pecan braid. The sandwiches and soups never disappoint. And I?ve never had a baked good I don?t like. Restrooms andfacilities are always cleaned and well maintained. The tables are cleaned quickly. The Wifi is always working, too. This is agood location for meetings. Ample seating and ample parking. The staff is always very helpful. I will definitely return. Read more
I wrote this 1st review one year ago.This evening I ordered a four cheese grilled cheese sandwich. Keep in mind this sandwich is... over $7. It was hard and almost inedible. Pretty disappointing. The crust was so chewy I gave to my dog. He chewed on for 10minutes like it was a rawhide toy. Also ordered a steak and cheese sandwich with extra steak and extra cheese for $15. You cansee what I got. 01/06/2021 Ok, I thought I'd give them another try. Ordered soup with a bread bowl and a cinnamon bagel. Foundout when I got home they gave me the wrong soup and when they sliced my bagel they didn't put the top half in the bag!! I willnever eat here again. This place is a joke. Read more
The food is good, but the service is terrible (at the Owasso location). We ordered bagels and two tubs of cream cheese from the... drivethrough, and didn't find out that they hadn't given is the cream cheese until we got back to our house. We didn't havetime to go back that day, but we still had our receipt so we went back again and bought more food from the drivethrough as wellas asking for the tubs of cream cheese we'd never received. They checked the receipt and gave us the cream cheese, and then ourfood which mostly consisted of soup and bread bowls. Stupidly, I didn't check the bags and when we got home we realized they'dforgotten the bread bowls!!! I've learned to always check bags, keep receipts and never get food from this Panera again thanksto these back to back experiences. Read more
