Buns were cold, obesity order of fries were all buts and pieces and cold. Had to ask waitress to bring fresh fries to the... table. Waited so long we were about done with or burgers before the fries came. The restauant is looking run down and in need ofgood cleaning and repairs on the inside. Read more
The food here was delicious (and has consistently been great)! I recommend the MadLove Burger with endless fries! However, the... staff seemed to be stretched very thinly. Not great. A lot of employees not doing a lot but leaning and talking. Quite a few tables open, but we were made to wait 10... minutes for a seat. The burgers were dry, the fries were raw, and the cheese for the appetizer seemed fresh out of themicrowave, chunks and all. I'll start out by saying that the waitress did a great job. But that was all that was good my Red Robin gourmet burger tasted... like a hot dog and the hamburger patty had no flavor. I thought they used to have a grilled flavor and the Patty is smaller thanI remember it. I asked for crispy fries and they were barely cooked but my burger being cold was not good at all. I didn't getany napkins so it was difficult to eat without getting all over me no one ever came back to check on me to even get the napkins.I won't be returning to this location unless it's requested.
