Buns were cold, obesity order of fries were all buts and pieces and cold. Had to ask waitress to bring fresh fries to the... table. The food here was delicious (and has consistently been great)! I recommend the MadLove Burger with endless fries! However, the... staff seemed to be stretched very thinly. Our table was only checked on once during the meal, leaving drinks unfilled, etc. forlonger periods of time. Our server was kind, but seemed to be juggling too many other tables at one time. Not great. A lot of employees not doing a lot but leaning and talking. Quite a few tables open, but we were made to wait 10... minutes for a seat. The burgers were dry, the fries were raw, and the cheese for the appetizer seemed fresh out of themicrowave, chunks and all. I'll start out by saying that the waitress did a great job. But that was all that was good my Red Robin gourmet burger tasted... like a hot dog and the hamburger patty had no flavor. I thought they used to have a grilled flavor and the Patty is smaller thanI remember it. I asked for crispy fries and they were barely cooked but my burger being cold was not good at all. I didn't getany napkins so it was difficult to eat without getting all over me no one ever came back to check on me to even get the napkins.I won't be returning to this location unless it's requested. As reviewed on Yelp - 8/22/2022 Our experience at Red Robin was so bad, in the end, it was comical. Here's the gist of it.... There's 3 of us in our party and for starters, we ordered sweet potato fries. Minutes later, a man shows up with 3 baskets ofregulars French fries. He takes them back. A few minutes later, our salads came--no sweet potato fries. Halfway though oursalad, about 20 or more minutes later, the same man placed 3 baskets of "cold shriveled up" sweet potato fries. Evidently theysat under the warmer for quite a while. Naturally, we asked for fresh baskets and they came a few minutes later. We ate what wecould and asked for unsweetened tea, "to go." We got sweetened "in a glass." By this time, we just gave up and laughed aboutthe mounting chaos--I don't remember ever having this much mix up in one seating. Waited over 5 minutes at the table, no server showed up. No wonder it was not busy at 8pm on a Saturday night... Hard to sell... your overpriced $13 burgers when your employees do not care. Food was okay, might be overpriced. $13 for a chicken sandwich, but they do give you free unlimited steak fries, chips, or house... salad. :) I had the California chicken sandwich. My wife had the Whiskey BBQ chicken Sandwich. They tasted good. Fries weregreat, can with dipping sauces. Service was really good. Drinks stayed full.
