I purchased 3 racks of ribs for my Thanksgiving dinner. The ribs smelt wonderful, but they were small and overcooked. I have... eaten their ribs before so I knew what they were supposed to look like but these were actually black and as they cooled werehard to eat, they were dried out and hard. They were barely touched and almost the entire container was full after dinner. Veryvery disappointed and I spent almost $100 for ribs no one would eat. I won't do this again. Read more
Called in order. Had to wait in the drive through a half hour after the time told food would be ready. Asked for more sauce, 15... more minutes. Got the wrong kind of sauce and had to go to the front to correct the problem. I won't be returning. Read more
EDIT - UPDATE: Well, I went back in to check out the remodeled RibCrib and gave the Super Spud another go. I was very... impressed, the HUGE potato was hot and LOADED with meat, bacon and cheese! Service was fantastic. Posting a picture below. I'llbe back ???????? Previous: We frequest RibCrib often and usually it's a great experience. Tonight was not typical,nevertheless feel compelled to share and note that when ordering one of their Spuds, ask in advance if the potatoes are fresh.My husband and I after two attempts left to eat dinner somewhere else. We sent our first order back because the potatoes had sattoo long and were lukewarm. The second batch was the same, if not worse than the first attempt. (so cold that the butter andcheese wouldn't melt). The manager offered to bring us something else on the house and told us that the good potatoes would beready in 30 minutes. Twice I have ordered door dash from this place and both times I have payed full price and gotten less than half a order. I... called and spoke to the manager and was told that they measure out every order to a specific weight. I asked since when is asingle slice of chicken was full serving. Since when is two slices of brisket a full order? I offered to send her a picture orbring it back up there. She refused. She refused to listen. Went through the drive thru? ordered the dynamite chicken salad. When they brought it out it was the wrong salad. I parked and... went in and just asked to get something that was on the original salad I had asked for instead of waiting for a whole newsalad?. It should have been easy and simple. We have had two bad experiences at this location, both involve a waitress who appears very nice but is either a horrible... waitress or is mean with a smile. First experience my husbands plate was brought by slamming the plate on the table as shestormed off among other problems but the manager graciously took care of everything. We weren't looking for out meal to becomped,just didn't think we deserved to be treated so badly. The second experience we waited weeks before returning giving timefor any internal problems to get ironed out. WE GOT THE SAME WAITRESS! Yes, she was very nice but wanted us to know sheremembered us right off the bat. We should have left but we thought maybe she was just having a bad day last time. NOPE! Thisexperience was just as bad but she maintained a smile. The food was so tough, couldn't even cut the pulled pork with a fork, itwas dry and hard. If it wasn't for the sides we would have gotten home hungry. We didn't ask for a manager this time, insteadgot a takeout box and left. We made up our minds not to ever go back to the Owasso location. The food was delicious I got the ribs of course came with 2 sides I chose the potato salad and smoky beans and Texas toast... everything was hot freshly cooked and beautiful on the plate I really appreciated the cooks for such a great meal Read more
