I didn?t notice when I was handed a bag in the drive thru the bottom was soaking wet , when I get back to work I grabbed the bag... and started to head inside, the bottom of the bag came out and my sandwich and pickle scattered on the pavement, the pickle wasstill outside when I left work today, I guess the birds enjoyed my sandwich Read more

Over the last week this Schlotzsky's in Owasso has went down hill fast. Whoever the new manager is ( Destiny I was told) with... all the new faces that have showed up as well. They all need to go to etiquette classes because these new kids and the managerhave no manners whatsoever. No matter if your in line inside or drive thru. We visit this Schlotzsky's at least 3 times a weekall at different times because we enjoy a good sandwich. But I cant guarantee we will not be returning to the Owasso locationas long as this new manager and her new crew are there. We'll drive out of our way to go to Tulsa. I have been a regular here at Owasso Schlotzskys?s and have never once had a bad experience until my last visits with the new... management. The last time I went in the lobby. Bathrooms had no toilet paper and were nasty. They took forever on my order justfor it not to be right. Even the food seems like it?s not as good of quality. The new manager Scott doesn?t seem like he canhandle his crew very well. Schlotzskys?s has gone down hill. Will definitely not be returning. Read more
Scotty is the new manager. He has deep cleaned the store and changed employees. The pizza was delicious and was BOGO free in the... app on Wednesdays. Give them another try! New leadership makes a difference. He came out on the patio and introduced himself andchecked on our food, etc. We were impressed! Read more
VERY expensive!!! We paid $18 to spit a medium turkey sandwich meal with no extras. Absolutely overpriced!! Sandwiches are good,... but not worth nearly $20. (Management think about it. Minimum wage is $7.25 in oklahoma. It would cost 2.5 hours just to have ameal. That is absolutely Ludacris. ) Read more
