Sonic has gone so far downhill, went here last night for the first time in probably a year or two. Got ?Jumbo? Popcorn chicken,... couple kids meals, ?Super? Sonic burrito, and Mozzarella sticks. The burrito was just egg and a few tomatoes, supposed to havecheese and tater tots too. The ?Jumbo? chicken were miniature at best. Mozzarella sticks were the worst I?ve had from any Sonic.The kids meals were a good value for price but forgot a toy in one of them and the onion rings were very good. I would give this no stars if I could. Bought this for my family and the lettuce was brown and rotted the chicken was unbiteable... it had been sitting out so long and the mozzarella sticks were not cooked at all. What happened to this place?!? It should becondemned. Be smart and safe and drive to the one on 116th for your own good. Read more
We ordered food on the app and added our sauces, the carhop Annah gave us our food and didn?t say anything or even give us a... smile. We didn?t get our sauces so we pressed the button again and asked for 3 of each, we didn?t get the amount requested. Werequested one more time, politely. When the carhop came out she was telling us how it was our fault we didn?t request it on theapp and I showed her our receipt showing we did in fact request it, then said we should have specified when we asked the SECONDtime then proceeded to throw the receipt at us. Went on my lunch break because there were only a couple cars. Waited 40 minutes, and never received my order. Pressed the button... twice to see where it was, and no one ever answered. I normally don?t leave reviews, but I was frustrated enough to leave onethis time. The carhops are always friendly here, but this is a very old, run down looking sonic, something you would expect tofind in a town forgotten by America. This Sonic I used the app & gift card payment. My food came out in minutes after I checked in. The food I ordered was prepared... correct. The desert sticks were cooked in old grease & had the flavor of the grease. I did not receive my ketchup I requestedfor my onion rings. The young lady that delivered the food was extremely friendly & polite . Read more

This is the worst Sonic that I have ever been to. I did a mobile order OVER 30!minutes ago. Too bad because I would just drive... off if I hadn?t already paid. I pushed the order button to ask if they would cut the burger in half. I waited a full 20 minutesand had to push the button a few times. They finally came on and said ?We?re not allowed to cut anything in half? and just endedthe conversation. Not only is it horrible service in general, but that was the last straw. Since when can a restaurant not cuta burger in half? The windows are filthy. I?ve had time to look at how filthy it is. The car next to us just went inside topick up their order. Best experience I think I?ve had at a fast food place. The food was AMAZING I got the new steak butter burger and it was way... better then I expected. The broccoli cheddar tots were cooked to perfection and were good with ranch. Overall it was cheap Ispent 10$ which was not bad at all. The crew were friendly and attentive they were amazing especially the girl in the window sheasked how I was, if I needed ranch and told me to have a great day she was also really fast. I was a department manager beforeat a fast food joint as the hiring manager and I just wanna say the managers and crew there are doing a great job. The parkinglot and exterior including the drive thru were spotless and detailed cleaned. I will definitely be coming back Read more
