Was really dirty in there. Forgot my bacon on chicken bacon ranch, also sandwich tasted weird and not edible (was scared to eat... it). There was literally two bites of chicken in the entire sandwich so I?m confused what was really going on. Ordered onlineand had to wait a super long time (staff seemed like they hated their jobs). The Subway app is already trash, but what?s even worse is when you order in the app and put in the instructions to have your... sandwich ?toasted please? and you get your sandwich as cold as ice, that?s worse than trash. I mean 2 words is very easy toread. When I picked up and read the receipt, it was there printed boldly, yet I had to suffer through a cold sandwich which Ihate. Read more

Mobile app and in store? Absolutely horrible? ordered a month ago through drive thru and went home and the my bread was doughy... and I called them and they stated the regional came in and lowered their temps on oven? asked them to have someone call me andno one did? your bread is not done gross.. I went yesterday (a month later) and ordered through the app and they never receivedit so at the drive thru made me come in and I waited 20 min fir them to decide to make it? I requested a refund since I paidthrough app and they said they can?t unless the order came through?Subway needs to focus on their customers service!! And hiremore professional staff members and fresh food products? the gentleman waiting on me kept taking his visor off and running hishands through his hair over the food because he was frustrated and said he couldn?t focus today. Also ppl in drive thrucomplaining because speaker would not work and ppl had to get out of their car while in drive thru and come in while the lady indrive thru window was complaining and asking where her food was because she waited along time? I ordered through the app and when I picked them up I should?ve checked because when I got home the sandwiches were dry there... was no sauce on it and then there was no meat at all just the veggies, I ordered the new Mexicali and there was no avocadowhatsoever. Also when I walked in there was music playing like they were just chillin before getting a rush and weren?t ready. Whoever you have working nights needs fired. Two young men with no customer service skills, chatting with their friends... instead of handling the orders, arguing with each other about finding bags, and on top of that not knowing what even goes on mysandwich. They asked me what it was. Turkey Italiano. I've ordered the same sandwich for years with no issues. The person infront of me walked out as did the people behind me. Will not go back to this location. Went Sunday 07/17/22, just after 2:30 pm, young guy working who took our order mumbled and we... had a difficult time ordering. That should be a part of the training!!! And enforced, come across this more and more. We had torepeat order a couple times because he was not paying attention and after saying 3 times for my bread to be toasted, he put itin the oven for MAYBE 10 seconds, definitely not as requested and not toasted. Did not ask if we wanted any dressing and had togo back up to the counter after the fact, lady in charge got us taken care of. We ate in so were there at help change I assumeand the lady in charge had to tell the young guys to wait until customers get taken care of to clock them in and was very verbalin telling them everything they are not doing correctly. It was very chaotic!!! Read more
