They respond to all... of your sandwich requests with a smile and never judge (I get a LOT of Mayo). Absolutely awful place. I came to order food and stood there while the employee was cussing in the back because the phones... didn't work and then to stand there for 10 minutes while they try to cut some freaking bread. When I say awful service I mean it. From the obnoxious taller kid who was clearly not enjoying his day to the other one who... emerged from the back. The entire sandwich bar had ice forming on it and the vegetables. The bins of items were nearly empty(ALL OF THEM) and due to the ice forming on what was left I will go ahead and say they weren't busy.... The toaster didn't work(the employees didn't realize that though) not to mention it was filthy. The entire work station was FILTHY. the kid scraped theknife off on the side of it looked at me and went and rinsed it off... There were receipts, lids to the tubs they keep theproduce in... etc littering the entire checkout station. To add insult to injury I ordered a kids sandwich... $5.99. It isliterally the crust end of the bread with nothing else. No drink, chips or cookie. This is my second bad experience at thislocation and I will not be returning. I worked for subway when I was a teenager. I get teenage behavior, but this was over thetop gross. Hire a manager. Read more
I?ve had multiple bad experiences here. One time they didn?t toast my sandwich on an online order. Another time multiple... employees were talking in the back while there was a line and the poor guy still out there by himself didn?t know what to do.This time I waited 20 minutes for my online order, for them to finally tell me that they were out of meatballs for the meatballsandwich. They were at least nice about it, which is why they?re getting a 2nd star. Read more
That one star is being generous. The atmosphere at this subway was uncomfortable and unprofessional. There was one solid... employee in there that helped me through most of my time (that star is for you girl) but everyone one else I encountered therewas childish or couldn't even bothered to help their own coworkers let alone a customer. This location helped me out tremendously. I gave fairly short notice as to a large order I needed done. There was new management... that wasn't quite able to help initially, BUT, they directed me to a manager that could help. That manager was supercommunicative to make sure everything went exactly how I needed, stayed in contact prior to the order, and even came in early topersonally help make it to assure it was fresh as can be. CHILDISH EMPLOYEES!!! One of the employees girlfriend was there, and behind the counter? His name is Johnathon. His girlfriend... was behind the counter and obviously did not work there. The employees left my meatballs cold. There were clothes and half eatenfood EVERYWHERE! The drink dispensers were moldy and obviously hadn?t been cleaned. it?s disgusting here. This location has the WORST customer satisfaction. 8 out of the last 10 visits had a problem with my order. Missing sandwiches... in an online order, wrong ingredients on sandwiches, spoiled produce and rodents in the restaurant. They?re always out ofcookies and jalapeño bread. Complaining to corporate has done nothing. I?ll drive further to a more reputable restaurant fromnow on. Read more
