Love this Waffle House location! The staff is always so friendly and attentive to your needs. The food is made to order and is... so good after a night out drinking! Open 24/7 and a convenient spot right off highway 169 but be warned there?s constructioncurrently going on right around the area! Read more
We were greeted by a sweet lady who informed us she was new and just being trained. She took our drink order and then we were... greeted by a loud Asian lady who was very distracted, and ended up not taking our order correctly. My mother in law ended uphaving to wait on part of her order (sausage) that was left off. When we mentioned it to the waitress she was very loud andhateful. While eating we could clearly see and hear how she was treating the newer waitress in training. We couldn't help butfeel incredibly bad for her and how she was treated. She kept a smile and a sweet friendly demeanor the entire time. The loudincredibly strange Asian waitress also splashed coffee onto the table in her haste to fill my husband's cup. She made the diningexperience completely awful, but the food was delicious. Will try again, hopefully better service next time! Read more
Went there to eat breakfast and we were sorely disappointed. We sat down and waited patiently for a waitress.She finally arrived... and took our drink orders which took another ten minutes to get. We placed our orders and waited some more. In the meantime wenoticed the silverware was not too clean and we washed the utensils with our drink water and napkins. Finally got our food andagain very disappointed. The waitress would always tell us what she was going to do next and rarely followed through. We had toconstantly remind her of what we wanted. Ordered crispy bacon to go but never received it because the waitress ?forgot? to orderit. The entire restaurant was filthy and their cleanliness standards are virtually non existent. If you go there be prepared towait excessively for everything and don?t expect a clean place to eat. Read more
My husband and I met with a friend for breakfast. The staff was very friendly, the food was great, and our waitress was amazing.... We will definitely eat breakfast here again. Read more
My son-in-law took me this morning. Haven't been to a Waffle House in years. I had forgotten what it was like...calling out your... order, being friendly with everyone. Just like stepping back in time...handing out your food over the counter, talking to thecooks, waitress...nice...food good also... Read more
Absolutely love the staff! That were not only incredibly welcoming but some of the best wait staff I have seen. I have been... going to Waffle House since I was knee-high and to be quite honest I have been really disappointed in some the last few years.This one has restored my faith. Sorry service. Came in for a lunch break about midnight, ordered a meal (the food was good), but waitress an older Asian lady... provided the worst service possible. She offered the customers to either side of me more coffee, but refused to offer me morecoffee which I deemed to be poor service and unprofessional. Needless to say, she did not get a tip simply because she did earnit. I will not be going back if I should suspect that she is working. I would not have given a "star", but this required me torate before I could post any comments. Read more
