Just went through the drive thru, paid for my meal. 13.33 was the total, I paid 14.00, never got my change back. I didn't say... anything, but paid attention to see if I'd get my change back. Never did, chose to not throw fit or anything. It's just somechange. If you pay cash, I recommend making sure you get your change back, just in case you pay with a larger bill. The customerservice was horrible with whoever it was at the window. Update: I also found out that I got the completely wrong meal handed tome. I was in a rush to get to a emergency job and didn't look. I ordered a #7 double and large fry. Got what I believe is a #1single and a medium fry. Read more

This was the worst food I have ever had. We use to eat at this store all the time. We waited in line to order for a little bit... and then we get to window to pay and they tool our money we sat at window for about 5 minutes waiting on food while our drinkswere getting watered down. They didn't even hand them to us. The guy who decided to hand us our drink we watched him touch hisface and hair before coming over to hand us our stuff. If I was able to give no stars I would. Went back after I got home after realizing they gave me a strawberry frosty instead of a chocolate, no biggie just had to... replace it. After going back they handed me another strawberry one. The machine must have been messed up so they actually didn?thave chocolate, sucks but I can live however the reason I?m writing a review is because after getting back home again they gaveme a regular chicken sandwich instead of the Asiago ranch that I ordered, so I paid over a dollar more for a plane chickensandwich. There is a major issue with this location EVERY time. Lived in Owasso for many years and I have to say- this is the worst... service and experience in town. 1.) Stuck at the speaker box for 5+ mins. 2.) Greeted Rudely at box and window. 3.) Pulledforward behind another car (only cars in the drive through). 4.) Been waiting total almost 20 mins. We only ordered 1 (ONE)Biggie bag and the car in front only ordered two meals (small); this is not acceptable. 5.) I would attach a photo of thereceipt but I wasn?t handed one. Lol Save your time and drive to Tulsa or choose a different store. Corporate needs to visitthis store badly. Read more
The food is okay and the 4 for 4 is a great value, but this location is awful. Every... single...time... that I am here, there... is mass confusion with the staff, the wait time to both order and to get your order is horrible and the order is messed up. It'snot worth the aggravation. The management really needs to get their act together. The wait from arrival to food on table wasright at a 1/2 hour. There was one table dining and one person waiting on food when we arrived. There were no less than fouremployees standing doing nothing. Fix the employee issue and it would be fine. Read more
This is absolutely unsatisfactory. I went here to pick up an online order. I arrived at 7:30pm and the lobby was closed. I went... through the drive thru and was told they were closed. I asked what time they closed and was told 8:00pm. When I was at thedrive thru window it was only 7:40pm. If you are open until 8:00 you need to service your customers until that time and not belazy trying to get out early. Very POOR management. Read more
