I love Whataburger... but had to deduct 2 stars because this Whataburger keeps on burning the onion rings to the point that they... are inedible... then knowingly gives the onion rings to me anyways! This is a training issue that needs to be fixed. If youaccidentally burn the onion rings... please throw those away and make them again. Please understand... burnt onion rings tastedisgusting and are not edible. Read more
Think 3 TIMES before you ever decide to go here. The wait in the drive thru is excruciating. Then you get to the window and see... 3+ workers chatting, doing absolutely nothing. I?ve probably been in line for 30 minutes now and still haven?t gotten my food. Ifeel awful for the people behind me. It was my first and last time ever trying this place, I don?t think the food will be ableto convince me to endure this again. Read more
It was the worst food I've ever had from here I had to have my order recooked & it was still cold & gross. Inside the store was... completely nasty I had to go behind the counter to get cleaner & clean the table myself every table in there was so nasty.Everything was nasty if the health dept had walked in they would of shut the place down it was that bad. I will never eat hereagain besides the food being gross the nastiness was just too much to take & not an employee one out front.....customersshouldn't have to clean their tables just to be able to sit down to eat. The drink station was so gross there was not a cleanspot to even sit down a drink. I was in complete shock at how a manager could let a restaurant become so gross. Read more
We?d never been to whataburger and we were pleasantly surprised. The burgers are pretty big and they use mustard as their spread... on them. The jalapeño burger had slightly grilled onions on it and it was really tasty, my only problem with it was that thesauce and pickles weren?t spread out evenly. The really tall gentleman at the register was extremely friendly and the food cameout fast. Read more
Food was fantastic as always. Fresh and we love the fries. Tried out the apple pies. Very very yummy and worth the $ Only reason... it didn't get 4 stars was because they discontinued the Dr Pepper shake. And that was one reason we were wanting to go. Traveled3 hours. Bummer. Read more
