Be aware this store turns on a do not disturb button on their phone before the store closes so it it is extremely hard if even... possible to place an order via phone. I had to walk in order and wait because they refused to answer the phone. When I asked whyI was not able to get through Kalia told me oops I forget to turn that off. The experience at this location was extremely poor. I placed an order online for a certain time and realized that I had ordered... it too soon. I was directed by my order confirmation email to call the location to correct the time. The lady on the phone tookmy request, but when I showed up at the time I requested, the order time was clearly not corrected, so the food had sat out foran hour and got cold. In addition, the lady ripped the receipt off the bag and threw it away, so I couldn't do the companysurvey without receipt information. Gee, I wonder if that was an accident. Wish I could say that my experience was better. I tried to place a to-go order about 30 minutes prior to them closing, which I... didn?t think was unreasonable, and nobody answered the phone. So, I drove down there and as I arrived, i called again to see ifthey would pick up. As I walked up to the door, I could hear the phone ringing. Employees were walking around and ignoring it.Nobody was in the building but them. when i got someone?s attention, they said ?we?re closed? even though it wasn?t closingtime. I talked to the manager and his response was ?we close in 5 minutes, what do you want.? When I explained that I attemptedto place an order 30 minutes prior, he said, ?oh, sorry about that. Ate here with my husband, food was actually pretty good. Fries was on point. What I did not like was how long it took, and the... cashier who took our order, 1 she got my husband's name wrong. 2. She was a bit rude. Would I come back to this wing stop, morethen likely not. But I would definitely try out other locations. Read more
First time going to Wingstop ever and will be my last. The flavors are bland the chicken was dry and super crunchy. I ate 3... pieces of the 20 piece I got. Had lemon pepper and mild flavors. Honestly both tasted awful. I'm giving a 2 star because thegirls at this location were friendly. Read more
