Ordered online at approx. 10:15 for pickup at the drivethru. Both app and website noted that while the dining room closed at 10;... the drive through was available till midnight. I arrived at 10:30 and after several minutes, someone simply stated " we areclosed!" I suggested they may want to mention to management that their sites were misinformed potential customers; the reply Igot was a very abrupt "NOT MY JOB". Read more

I asked for my burger to be a lettuce wrapped instead of a bun. I was told that they do this. They literally gave me a plain... tiny patty in a box with a dollop of mayo. Was supposed to have cheese, tomatoes, lettice etc. To top it off they did not giveme a fork or anything. Read more
As a traveler on the road, stop by this Buger King. I ordered 2 Breakfast Croissants and a Coke Zero. I went through the drive... through. Ashley was my server at the drive thru window! should?ve gone to Arby?s? the kid in the drive thru barely said anything from start to finish. i ordered a MEAL and was asked... what size, i answered, and then silence. after about 10 seconds i had to tell them the drink i wanted. then told me my total andthen more silence. i had to guess which window to pull up to because i wasn?t told to pull to the second window. once at thewindow even fewer words were exchanged. after paying for my food, i watched as the kid that took my order scooped the fries ihad ordered (that weren?t warm at all, room temp at best) and i saw a couple fries fall out of the fry scoop onto his hand andhe picked them up (bare handed) and put them in the fry container for my order (ya disgusting). when i unwrapped the burger iorder, it too was cold. like i said, should?ve gone to Arby?s. don?t waste your money.
