Your ice machine doesn't work.. your card machine inside is broke you have to hold your card in to get it to work. Your manager... is very rude she will stand there and ignore you when you're standing there waiting to be checked out. Read more

I've been to this Casey's location several times and every single time I go, there's a problem. They always forget my brownie... bites in particular. The staff is always nice until they have to come tell me they dont have them. They never apologize andnever offer some kind of discount for making me wait around. It's always the same guy preparing that messes up my order; eitherhe never learns or their system sucks. I always kick myself for going to this location rather than the other one on state. Read more
