Very dirty dining room and rude employees, been to many Culvers and this was not a good experience. Found hair in one of our... deserts, disgusting. They did replace it. We have never been to a Culvers that treated us so poorly. Read more

Horrible experience. Went through the drive thru and confirmed order. Screen was down so everything was verbal. Got to the... window and was given a different order total from less than a minute prior, and then we discovered after we'd driven away wewere missing a sandwich and they hadn't given us a receipt or napkins. Because of the road it took almost 10 minutes to get backto Culver's where we had to wait for 5 minutes for them to confirm whether or not we'd ordered the sandwich and then after theyfigured out that it had been missed on the order, pay for it and then wait for them to make it. I do not recommend going later in the evening especially within a couple hours of closing. My co workers and I have had issues... with immature staff and issues with orders. Wait times during there are extremely bad. I would have left after the 15min markif I hadn?t already paid. That 15mins is from time of payment to actually getting the food. It does not include waiting toorder or pay. During lunch hours or before dinner seems to have better quality food. The wait times are a little better but notby much. Read more

Great chicken cashew salad. They have fat free raspberry vinaigrette and also malt vinegar.
Usually very good.... I got 2 plain patties, no cheese, no toppings, and waited for close to 30 minutes before and after I... ordered, total. Usually a great chain. Very polite, but my meal was over $12 and I threw all but 1 half of 1 patty away on theburger. Read more
