Hands down, best Mexican restaurant in Southern MN... hospitality, delicious food, atmosphere... this spot has it all! They... always exceed expectations and do so with warmth and smiling faces. I usually get my food for take out but lately I have had issues with my order. They usually give the wrong time and you walk in... to find your order just sitting on a table. I recommend going 5-10mins earlier then they say. Last couple dine in experienceswere ok nothing great. Chips and salsa was average. The food was hot but the only flavor was from the hot sauce I asked for. (Which they charge for but don?t tell you). The cheese dip is smaller then other El Tequilas. I could go 3.5 stars. Chips and salsa were average. Prices were pretty normal. Food wasn't that flavorful. Had a lunch... portion but it was smaller than some. Atmosphere was OK. Server was good. Water was good (I'm picky). If I am in the areaagain, I'll look for a different one. Read more
