TERRIBLE service! Waited for 1 hour for cheese breadsticks and a small humble pie. The last time I was here a couple of weeks... ago, there was hardly any cause on the pizza and it had no taste! A nice clean pizza chain with quality service and decent food and prices.
Pizza was great. Service could use some attention. I ordered a carry out pizza and waited inside the restaurant and you would... think the waiter would let me know when the pizza was done, they didn't so I had to keep asking if it was ready. Read more
Terrible service all around. Ordered a large pizza with breadsticks at 5:54pm was told it would take 45 mins to an hour, so... waited an hour got there and waited in there drive threw for another almost hour and half. To which i kept being told oh it?scoming well it never did and so I finally drove around and went inside to take my 4 year old to the bathroom and I go to thecounter to see maybe if my in person presence would make a difference and they already know I?ve been waiting this long anddon?t even offer to discount it or nothing and they end up giving me still the wrong pizza and with no breadsticks I end upfinally leaving there at 8:20pm. Ive worked at a pizza place before and know that it gets busy, however this was beyond that.The lack of customer service and managers taking control of the situation like they should have was out of hand. They honestlyshould of just closed and stopped taking peoples money if they weren?t going to be doing their jobs. Won?t be eating here again.When I got home ordered from Dominos and received my order in less than 20 minutes and everything was right. Would HIGHLYrecommend NOT going to Godfathers. Read more
When I paid my bill I added a tip. Well the clerk tried to give me cash back. I told her I didn't want cash back. So they called... up 3 other people who had no clue what happened. So the clerk put the cash in her pocket and said Thank you. $20.00 in herpocket and service was terrible and my order wasn't ready so I stood there for a very long time. I had placed order online andcame to pick it up 1 hour later. Pizza was way over cooked. Never again! Read more
I ordered at 4:45 pm. Told it would be ready in half hour. Arrived and paid at 5:10. Was told then that it would be another 15... minutes. After waiting 25 minutes, went up and asked if my pizza was done. It was sitting in the warmer for who knows how longand I was left waiting with my young children. Not much to say. Good food, correct order but staff and manager seem like they don't like working there.
