Terrible customer service. I asks the cashier if she was about to go on break since her light was off and I didn't wanna be the... customer who kept her from it; I was then ignored throughout the entire experience, not even told to slide my card through againbecause it didn't register. I refuse to go back even tho it's the closest grocery store to us. Cash wise treats us better. Read more
I would love to know how a grocery store has meat ravioli that is on the shelf that expired in August when it is September 19th?... Every single one is is expired on the floor. Nice Hy-vee Grocery store with a Starbucks coffee shop and a pharmacy with drive up. The store has it all. Well stocked clean... and spacious. Hy-Vee aisles online? It was my second time using this service. The first time saw no issues Were the second I wasn?t so lucky.... I received an item that was open already. The ice cream product looked like it had sat out for awhile as it had melted andrefrozen. When you arrive they ask you for your parking spot number. The attendant took my order to another vehicle andstarted putting it in their vehicle. I don?t feel like I can trust their order pickers after this. I was excited when I sawthey also do delivery. I was told their orders are all deliver by an in house service. After placing my order I was notifiedit was going to be delivered by DoorDash. I?m not a huge fan of DoorDash and canceled the order. Hy-Vee did not informDoorDash this and I received a call anyway from an unhappy dasher about wasting her time. In store service seems to be fine. It?s pretty much all automated checkout now. The shelves are usually stocked well. Staff in store for the most part arefriendly and will offer a nice greeting as you pass by. The biggest reason I showed here was for the late closing and earlyopening. Now that they match that aspect with other local stores I may start going to a different store. Read more
