Ordered online for delivery waited almost 1 and a half. Finally called the store for about 15 minutes. So the total time wasted... on my freaky fast meal was approaching 2 hours. Finally got to talked to Judy.( KAREN the manager)after several attempts tocall, who was so very rude on the phone, like I was inconveniencing her. Well anyway I did not receive my sandwiches. Or wasoffered a refund. So needless to say I won?t be ordering from this location with Judy(AKA KAREN) in charge. I did get a verynice and polite JJs corporate representative to answer the phone,who also called the owatonna store and also did not get anresponse. Read more

I waited for the delivery with arrive to wrong address ,he talked with me at the phone and wasn?t agreed to arrive to the... correct location,he make me walk ontil I find him and told me that he go with no wait for me to get my food. He just left! Ontop of the situation that is very disappointed, they not agreed to give me the money back. Which I didn?t got my delivery and ontop of it they stole my money! Read more
I usually get the same delivery guy and he is amazing. He is always friendly and in the past has hooked me up with extras if... they run out of something I ordered. The reason for the 3 stars is I have had at least 4 or maybe 5 orders I have had tocontact the store because they were messed up. One time I didn?t even get meat on my sandwich like how do you forget themeat. Other times they have run out of items like chips or cookies and didn?t say anything and I find the wrong items. I callthe store and they just say we ran out so we gave you that. Like ah no if you run out you should be asking me what I want notchoosing for me. Normally delivery times are awesome I get my sandwich within 20mins of ordering. I think only once did ittake over an hour. I?ll still continue to use them every once and awhile but i the expectations are not super high. Read more
The main door was locked, you had to go to the side door to get in, like they didn't want customers, not sure how the 4 staff... expect to stay in employment with no customers. . Grumpiest staff ever. Only one person was helpful and gave a smile, when askedto cut a sandwich. Read more
Poor customer service. The cashier was very rude and not helpful or accommodating during our encounter. They were out of turkey,... which was fine. Not their fault. But when I wanted to order a sandwich that normally comes with turkey and asked them to make itwith ham instead. She said they would have to charge me $2 to do that. Even though they were out of meat.. How is it fair forthat to be an up charge if they are out of meat? They then proceeded to give people their sandwiches who ordered after me first,seemingly spiteful. This location seems to lack organization and is very inefficient. Terrible experience the last 5 times I have ordered throughout the years. The sandwiches are fine, but not worth the expense,... especially when you have to wait over an hour EVERY time you order delivery from them!! It's totally unacceptable to take overan hour to get a single sandwich out the door, and then spend 30-40 mins driving to deliver a sandwich 3 miles away. Also, whenyou call them they basically have zero customer etiquette and don't offer anything except a simple, "It's going out the doorsoon". It's my own fault for continuing to be a customer, but finally after several attempts at hoping they were one-offs, Ifinally got the message. I will not ever be ordering delivery from the Owatonna store. Read more
Nowhere near as freaky fast as other JJ's I have patronized over the years but for a quick sandwich in the area still the go to... place for me. Unless anyone has suggestions that is not disgusting Subway Read more
