If 0 stars was an option, that?s what I?d rate the service. We called to places pick up order, we had coupons from the paper and... the Owatonna lacrosse team book that has Pizza Hut coupons in it. Place has really gone downhill. They do seem to get our order correct, but what does it matter if the food is inedible? Last 3... times we ordered, the pizza and cheese sticks were so overdone, it was like trying to eat a silicone cutting board. Couldn'teven tell if the cheese sticks had cheese because they attempted to cover the burnt part with parm. Pizza was so overdone, themeat on it was dried up and tough, same with any cheese. I loved Pizza Hut as a kid. Every birthday was spent eating there. It?s definitely changed since the 90s. Experiences can... very here from time to time. I usually do the online order thing as I like to get those reward points. They have forgotten myorder once all together and ended up waiting another 30mins (pickup order). The manager didn?t say anything but the cookactually came over and admitted he had forgot. I normally like extra sauce on my pizza it?s rare that they actually put it on. I?ll also ask for extra Buffalo sauce on my wings. The last time they forgot and the lady laughed it off. (Most times if Idon?t ask the wings have little to no sauce). Worst experience ever. My carryout order wasn't ready when I arrived. I was told it was coming (it was a large order) I noticed... some of it sitting on the counter in an open box for 10 minutes. At that point one of them put some of it in a warming oven andI continued to wait. At 25 minutes past pickup time I asked another person about my order and she acted surprised and said ohhere it is. I asked to speak with the manager, she said she was it and that any complaints I had have been heard and there wasnothing she could or would do. It turned out I was also missing one of my pizzas, so I was out $15. I sent a complaint tocorporate and 3 days later they responded that they were sorry and that they could give me a couple of discountcoupons.....sorry but no, I will never give this company money again. The cinnamon rolls were very doughy and should have been cooked better. It said it would take 24 to 34 mins and it took like 45... for me to get my food. The pizza had too much sauce on it and not enough cheese. The pizza was not cut very good, I had to cutit again or the pieces just ripped. Read more

My order was was messed up but mistakes happen we all are all human and I was able to call in and have the situation resolved... the employee by the name of Elliot was very respectful polite and took his time to look through for my receipt and order datejust had a tooth pulled was already annoyed and this made my day he was very professional and patient we need more hard workingpeople this bruh by the way this is my favorite Pizza Hut in Owatonna the only one and they are always professional and friendlythanks you guys especially during this time of pandemics ???? works like this needs to be always recognized Read more
